Complementary Items for Visiting Dignitaries
It is the pleasure of the New Mexico Grand York Rite to extend the following gratuities to our invited guests. This invitation and any required credentials for personal representatives must be submitted. No requests for gratuities will be honored after April 4, 2025.
1. The Most Worshipful Grand Master of Masons in New Mexico;
Three nights lodging, grand banquet, and all lunches.
2. General/Grand Encampment Heads
o The Most Excellent General Grand High Priest, General Grand Chapter
o The Most Puissant General Grand Master, General Grand Council
o The Most Eminent Grand Master of the Grand Encampment
o or the personal representative of any of the above with credentials:
Two nights lodging, grand banquet, and lunch for the day of the body.
3. Southwest Regional Deputies and the Southwestern Department Commander;
One night lodging, grand banquet, and lunch for the day of the body.
4. Heads of Bodies from other Jurisdictions
o Most Excellent Grand High Priests
o Most Illustrious Grand Masters
o Right Eminent Grand Commanders
Grand banquet and lunch on the day of the introduction of distinguished guests for the body they are representing.
5. Masonic Youth Group Leadership
o State Master Councilor, Order of DeMolay
o Grand Worthy Advisor, International Order of Rainbow for Girls
o Bethel Honored Queens, International Order of Job’s Daughters
o One adult leader accompanying each of these Youth Leaders.
Grand banquet.
If an invited guest listed in paragraphs 1 through 4 above is accompanied by his Lady the gratuities extended to him will be extended to her.
Leaders of other organizations of the Masonic Family may be invited to the banquet for the stated price of the meal.
